DREAMACHINE
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

The Dreamachine is a cylinder approximately one metre high, with holes of sufic descent & design let into it's sides. This is placed onto a turntable where it revolves at a constant speed of 78 r.p.m., and a lightbulb is suspended in it's centre. The resulting 'flickers' of light that then emanate are viewed closely WITH EYES CLOSED. The rate of interruptions of light correspond exactly with the full range of Alpha waves occurring naturally in the human brain.
